Lochgelly Tae kwon do

I run an ITF Tae kwon do class twice a week at the Town Hall in Lochgelly, we have been going since March 2008 and have grown to about 16 members, some adults and several children from about 7 to 13 years of age.

Tae kwon do is a powerful and graceful Korean martial art and teaches participants discipline, self esteem, respect for others, perseverance and of course fitness and the ability to defend themselves. All classes are run by me (Robert MacGregor) personally, I am a third dan black belt with 21 years of Tae kwon do experience and the appropriate first aid, instructional and enhanced disclosure certificates.

We are starting a recruiting drive for new students as we have the capacity in our excellent training hall for about 30 people each session. To help with this we now promise a "satisfaction or your money back" guarantee; where new students can pay their first month fees, and if they really don't think that the training has been good value for money they can have a full refund. We also offer excellent family discounts and starter packages which can save you lots of money.

The next coloured belt grading will probably take place in November 2009 at Kirkland High School, Methil. We have several of our current students ready for this grading.

If this interests you, do take a look at www.lochgellytaekwondo.co.uk email bobmac108@hotmail.com or call/text 07838 363550. If you prefer you can pop in to one of our regular classes, speak to Robert and either watch or have a free trial lesson. Classes are 7 to 8 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Lochgelly Town hall.
