Lochgelly South Primary School has achieved Green Flag status for its environmental work
Pupils and staff at Lochgelly South primary school have been delighted at the news that the school has now achieved its first Green Flag.
The school's Eco Warriors and Litter Monitors have worked very hard, meeting on a weekly basis to support and encourage a whole school effort towards this great acheivement.
A special thank you is due to all children, parent members, the Eco Co-ordinators, all staff, pupils and the local community for working together which was indicated as one of our major strengths.
The school is now looking forward to receiving the Green Flag and having it flying high in the school grounds.
