Police appeal after Lochgelly property break-ins
15 DecemberLocal police are appealing for witnesses following a number of break-ins to cars and garden sheds where property was stolen in the Lochgelly area over the past few days.
Pro-Active Sergeant Andy Howie, Cowdenbeath, said: "At this time of year, there is often an increase in the theft of property and I would remind all householders to remain vigilant and ensure homes, vehicles and sheds are properly secured and where possible alarmed."
