Speeding in Lochgelly

A road survey was carried out in South street between the 25th June - 1st July.
The results reveal that on the 25th June 1482 vehicles passed through the street, 592 were traveling between 16 - 20 mph, the remainder 890 were speeding between 21 - 43 mph.

J. Watt states on s1Lochgelly.com that Cartmore Road to Melgund Place is another rat run where people regularly speed.J comments that respect and policing is the answer (joke), humps are the solution.
David Smith says, look at Hill of Beath, David, what if you are the only person driving through, whats to stops you from speeding, humps are the solution.
Look at the road into the Meedies, perfect,and no ones inconveinienced.
The solution for the North is humps, for the South, close the Avenue, its less expensive.
